Pay-Out preferences
When you sell to us, we pay out by eCheck (free), ACH ($10 fee), wire ($25 fee) or KettlePay (1% of the payout). ACH and wire rise to $15 and $35 on January 1, 2027. Select your preference and we will confirm with you before payouts are made.

Delete account
Requesting deletion starts a 30-day grace period. We email an “I changed my mind” link. After 30 days, your account profile and customer-controlled settings are permanently deleted. Records needed for completed transactions, accounting, security, or legal compliance may remain.
Heads up before you click: this starts a 30-day countdown and your alerts are disarmed immediately. If you do not cancel within 30 days, deletion becomes permanent, subject to the limited record retention described in our Privacy Policy.
